Creator Agreement

Introduction

This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Creator", "you", or "your") and SubscriberLink ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering as a creator on SubscriberLink, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

To become a creator on SubscriberLink, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Complete identity verification if required for your region or content type
• Have a valid bank account or payment method compatible with Stripe

2. Revenue and Payments

2.1 Platform Fee

SubscriberLink charges a 1% platform fee on all transactions. This is one of the lowest platform fees in the industry.

2.2 Payment Processing

Standard Stripe payment processing fees (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are passed through at cost. These fees are deducted from each transaction before you receive your payout.

2.3 Stripe Connect

To receive payments, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding. This allows payments to flow directly to your connected Stripe account. You must provide accurate banking and tax information to Stripe.

2.4 Payout Timing

Payouts are processed according to your Stripe account settings. Typically, funds are available within 2-7 business days depending on your country and Stripe's payout schedule.

2.5 Tax Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes owed on your earnings. SubscriberLink does not withhold taxes on your behalf. You may be required to provide tax documentation (such as W-9 or W-8BEN forms) to Stripe.

We recommend consulting with a tax professional regarding your specific obligations.

3. Content Ownership and Licensing

3.1 Your Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and upload to SubscriberLink. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

3.2 License to SubscriberLink

By uploading content to SubscriberLink, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display your content on our platform
• Distribute your content to subscribers according to your tier settings
• Create thumbnails and previews of your content for promotional purposes within the platform
• Format and optimize your content for different devices and browsers

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account, except as required for backup or legal compliance purposes.

4. Content Standards

As a creator, you are responsible for ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws and our Content Guidelines. You must not upload:

• Content depicting or involving minors
• Non-consensual content (all participants must have given consent)
• Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Stolen or unauthorized content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Illegal content under applicable laws
• Content depicting illegal activities

You must maintain appropriate records documenting that all individuals appearing in your content are of legal age and have consented to their appearance.

5. Fan Interactions

5.1 Messaging Guidelines

When communicating with fans through our messaging system, you agree to:

• Treat fans with respect and professionalism
• Not engage in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
• Not share subscriber information outside of the platform
• Respond to messages in a timely manner when possible

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not use the messaging system to:

• Solicit transactions outside of SubscriberLink
• Share links to competing platforms
• Engage in fraud or scams
• Distribute malware or phishing links

6. Subscription Management

6.1 Pricing

You may set your own subscription prices for Premium and PremiumPlus tiers within platform guidelines ($0.00 - $50.00 per month).

6.2 Price Changes

Price changes only affect new subscribers. Existing subscribers will continue at their original price unless they cancel and resubscribe.

6.3 Subscriber Data

You have access to basic subscriber information (email, display name, subscription tier) through the creator portal. You must handle this information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Termination

7.1 Your Termination Rights

You may close your creator account at any time by contacting us. Active subscriber subscriptions will continue until their next billing date, after which they will not be renewed.

7.2 Our Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive excessive complaints or chargebacks.

7.3 Data Export

Upon request before termination, we will provide you with a copy of your subscriber list and transaction history. Content files can be downloaded from your account before closure.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SubscriberLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your content
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

9. Representations and Warranties

By becoming a creator on SubscriberLink, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal right to enter into this Agreement
• All content you upload is either created by you or properly licensed
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• All individuals appearing in your content are of legal age and have consented
